Refund Policy

Individual review
Refund requests are reviewed individually. To request a refund, email support@riverley.app with your order email, order number if available, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Downloaded or activated purchases
Downloading or activating Riverley does not automatically disqualify a refund request. Approval is not automatic and depends on the circumstances of the request.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. If a refund is approved, the associated license may be deactivated and continued use of Riverley may no longer be available.
Chargebacks and provider policies
Lemon Squeezy may process refunds or disputes in accordance with its own policies as the checkout provider and merchant of record.
