License grant
A Riverley purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the desktop app for lawful personal and commercial writing work.
Three-device activation limit
One license key may be activated on up to 3 devices owned or controlled by the purchaser. A license key is not a team license and must not be shared publicly or distributed to other people.
Commercial use
You may use Riverley for commercial writing work. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, copy, or make the app or license key available to others.
Lifetime use and updates
The license does not expire. Future updates, including major releases, are included with the one-time purchase. Release timing and platform availability may vary.
Device changes
If you replace a device or reach the activation limit, email support@riverley.app for assistance. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.
Termination
The license may be deactivated if a purchase is refunded, reversed, or found to involve abuse, resale, public sharing, or unlawful distribution.
